CANCELLATION

Reservations can only be confirmed with online payment and by providing a verification number. 2. For a full refund, cancellation must be made one week prior to arrival date. 3. There will only be a 50% refund for cancellations made less than a week before check-in date. Should you wish to modify or cancel a confirmed reservation, you can do it online, subject to the Cancellation Policy. You can email us at hanna-reservation@apochi.com for any additional info.
